Clémentine Margaine is a French mezzo‑soprano born in 1984 in Narbonne, celebrated for her international operatic career. Trained at the Paris Conservatory, she earned early distinctions including the ADAMI Classical Revelation and Vocal Revelation at the Victoires de la Musique. After joining the Deutsche Oper Berlin ensemble, she became widely known for her portrayals of Carmen, performed at leading houses such as the Metropolitan Opera in New York and the Opéra national de Paris. Her repertoire also spans major Verdi, French roles and significant concert and oratorio work.
